If you would like to report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card, after normal business hours, please call 1-800-887-0555. Citizens Bank & Trust Co. is participating in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2009, all non-interest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC’s general deposit insurance rules. For purposes of this Program, IOLTAs and NOW accounts that earn interest at the rate of 0.50% or less are also fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. NOW accounts that earn more than 0.50% will be covered under the FDIC’s general insurance rules. As of October 3, 2008, the FDIC's general insurance coverage has been temporarily increased from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor through December 31, 2009. We have recently been made aware of
